Yes. JR Concrete & Design offers free on-site estimates and gives you clear written pricing. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Who will I be dealing with?
One of our three owners, Jesus, Alex or Leo, does your estimate and is on site while we work. You talk to the same people from the first visit to the final walkthrough, and you get a text update every day during the job.
How much does a concrete project cost?
Every concrete project is different, so we price each one individually after a free on-site estimate rather than quoting flat rates over the phone. We walk you through a clear breakdown of the project, including demolition, base preparation, thickness, reinforcement and finish, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Will my new concrete crack?
It can, and no contractor can honestly promise it will not. All concrete shrinks as it cures, so we place control joints to guide that cracking into straight, clean lines. Serious cracking usually comes from a poorly compacted base, drainage problems, tree roots or expansive soil, and that is what proper compaction, reinforcement and dowels help prevent. We tell you during the estimate which of those your site needs.
